Packaging and bales opened easily – our debaler, also known as a bale opener, serves to automatically empty various materials.
Various types of packed materials are processed daily. Manually cleaning and quickly separating materials, packaging, and pallets is a time-consuming, arduous, and potentially dangerous undertaking.
Our debaler enables a reliable, dependable, and automatic processing of loose and pressed materials in packaging, compressed bales, and Big-Bales of up to 7m³.
A forklift assumes the responsibility of loading and unloading of the pallets. Materials arrive at the rotor via a belt conveyor. Then the packaging is mechanically ripped into pieces and prevents any contamination of the material. It is then loosened, desagglomerated, and guided away to an outlet.
The debaler is a less-expensive alternative to shredders or similar machines, due to its low-wear parts. Our debalers can process up to 80 bales per hour, depending on how the material is brought in and the characteristics of the materials.
